The famous American chain – specialized in the catering of fried chicken – has opened a new restaurant in Rome taking over another brand and completely renovating the environments according to its commercial image.
The spaces have been organized taking into consideration both the layout of the restaurant area, and the service areas such as the large changing rooms, the warehouse (previously non-existent) and a large kitchen.
For the kitchen and the service areas DRACMA and DINARO LED have been used, offering a diffused and homogeneous light in compliance with safety and current regulations, while EXIT signals the emergency exits. The light also becomes the means to underline the company values: DINARO LED placed above the company poster invites employees to positivity, cordiality and contagious energy.
Some areas of passage are illuminated by TESIS Parete, (a Plexiform product, the “systems” brand that belongs to Rossini Group); LOGIN with its punctual light guarantees a pleasant aesthetic / luminous effect right from the entrance to the restaurant, but we also find it in the transition areas alternating with SMART, which offers a wider beam of light.
The lighting requirement of the restaurant area has been to make the various refreshment areas (defined kitchen area) welcoming and familiar, to foster conviviality by highlighting – through the light beam – specific corners, such as the niche that houses the distributor of drinks or that to store the trays, rather than the company logos on the walls. Warm light was chosen to increase the comfort of the areas and promote conviviality; in order not to contrast the social colors, already very present in themselves, lights with neutral tones have been chosen.
